Routes Forward Festival
The mission of the Routes Forward Festival is to both celebrate and foster new cohesion among a diverse community of artists whose work finds common ground in connecting traditions and practices of the past with innovative approaches to contemporary performance and composition. Taking place during one day and night in early/mid Summer, the Routes Forward Festival will also highlight the local community that supports this thriving music scene through dynamic, sustainable, and original approaches to local community building and services. Where possible, the festival will implement sustainable/green practices to showcase how responsible collaboration and participation can stimulate innovation, beauty, and growth in local culture and the arts.
