Voice of Witness
Voice of Witness seeks to allow those most affected by human-rights crises to speak for themselves. Using oral history as a vehicle, Voice of Witness’ books provide a ground’s eye view of crucial social-justice issues around the world. These books are designed to appeal to readers of all stripes, from students to policy-makers, by capturing the powerful and unique voice of people who to often go unheard. Each book is also created with the classroom in mind and companion curriculums will be offered to teachers interested in using the books as teaching tools.
