WHAT PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING:
Learn to lead your creative practice with the clarity, confidence, and strategy of a sustainable business.
Through practical frameworks, hands-on exercises, and peer collaboration, you’ll develop the tools to design your business model, price your work, and create a roadmap for a sustainable creative career.
At a Glance
A 4-session live virtual cohort for Bay Area artists who want to stop guessing and start building. You’ll meet with the same small group every other week over 8 weeks, developing skills and a community of peers who will share in your journey. Each session tackles core business fundamentals, with templates, checklists, and resources along the way.
Session 1 — Reframe
Shift from thinking like an individual artist to thinking like a functioning arts organization. You’re not just making art; you’re leading a small company. Let’s find out how.
Session 2 — Connection
Get specific about who your work is for and how to build with them, then translate that into outreach and communications that land.
Session 3 — Value
Understand pricing and payment as the economic engine of your practice, not a jumble of guesswork. Receive fair and adequate compensation for all the skills and expertise you possess.
Session 4 — Momentum
Audit the tools, assets, and resources you already have, then turn them into a practical, repeatable system that supports your goals. Leave with an action plan you’ll actually use.
