End of Year Deadlines

Submit RFPs by end-of-day Sunday, December 14, for payments to be issued on Thursday, December 18. Intersection will be closed December 24 – January 4. 

Note: For RFPs submitted between December 15th – January 4th, checks and direct pays will be processed and mailed January 8th

*Please note that 1099s are issued only for payments processed within the calendar year.* Submit RFPs by end-of-day Sunday, December 14, for payments to be issued on Thursday, December 18. Intersection will be closed December 24 – January 4.

This applies to all payments (including your own) for hours worked in 2025 and all reimbursements for purchases made in 2025. Please clearly mark ‘Calendar Year 2025’ within the RFP notes, and submit by end-of-day on Sunday, January 11, for payment to be issued by Thursday, January 15.

This includes 2025 donations, ticket sales for 2025 events, and income your project earned from work completed in 2025. Please clearly mark ‘Calendar Year 2025’ on the Deposit Form(s).

Your financial reports will be uploaded to your Drive folders the week of January 19, 2026. Please review the reports and submit corrections to willie@theintersection.org by Friday, January 23. Final reports with corrections will be uploaded by Friday, January 30.
