Build your own Accelerator and learn the skills you need to improve, grow, and strengthen your arts business. This series is intended for arts organizations and fiscally sponsored projects based in San Francisco. It is not intended for individual artists.

Learn how to rationalize the actions you take to grow your business. In this workshop you’ll be introduced to the Business Model Canvas: a powerful tool that allows you to visualize and organize all the moving parts of your business. It will help you plan more clearly, take charge of your practice, and use your time effectively.
