Intersect SF

A series of public events taking place throughout San Francisco. Hosted by Intersection members with support from Intersection. Applications currently CLOSED.

Intersect SF is a series of events—produced by our members and presented by Intersection for the Arts—exploring the intersection of arts, culture, and people in San Francisco. Held in various neighborhoods, from the Mission to the Outer Sunset, from Potrero Hill to Civic Center, we hope to ignite human connection and dialogue though different forms of art and culture.

We’re producing Intersect SF by financially supporting Intersection members who’re crafting art and cultural experiences that are open to the public and take place in San Francisco. We provide financial support that ranges from $1000 – $5000.

Guidelines

  • Applicants must be an Intersection Member or Coworking Member
  • The Intersect SF project (event, performance, exhibition, etc.) must take place in San Francisco
  • The Intersect SF project must be open to the public
  • Priority will be given to those who haven’t previously received funding through Intersect SF. We allocate amounts to projects based on the project scale, budget, and how many people the project will engage

INTERSECT SF IS CREATED WITH FUNDS FROM SAN FRANCISCO GRANTS FOR THE ARTS.

Intersection for the Arts respectfully acknowledges that we are based in Yelamu: the traditional, unceded lands of the Ohlone people. We pay our respects to elders both past and present.
