Submit a Promotion Request

Thank you for making art happen in the Bay Area! We limit social media promotional posts for members to one post per event or event series, and one post per member project every 3 months. We do this to keep the media labor within our capacity and to avoid what could look like social media favoritism (i.e. we post about one member project a lot more than others). Please submit your edit at least 3 weeks beforehand, to ensure that we can include it in our social media schedule.

  • Our Engagement Manager, Claire Astrow, will use this description to promote your event on social media. Please be clear and brief, 2 paragraphs max. If there are image credits or specific people/organizations to tag, please let us know here.
  • Accepted file types: jpg.
    Please send a high resolution image, at least 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels. Images with aesthetically pleasing graphics are preferred.
  • Short links created using Bitly (or another link shortening website) are preferred.
